In 2010 Tomy competed in Trans-Am competing in 7 rounds and taking 1 win, 1 pole, 3 podiums, 4 Top Fives, 7 Top Tens; following up in 2011 in ALMS Prototype races - 2nd Long Beach, 3rd Lime Rock, 1st Mid Ohio, 1st Baltimore and 2nd Petit Lemans. The SNT Motorsports Ford GT represents a significant challenge by an American built race car to the dominance of Porsches in the 25-hour race in recent years.

Team owner Steve Tarpley commented, "Adding Tomy to our team really pulls the lineup together. We have been working with Genoa Racing this fall to get the car to where we want it, now the last piece of the puzzle is in place."

Drissi remarked, “I’m very excited to be joining the SNT Motorsports team for the 25 Hours of Thunderhill.  It’s a great opportunity to race an iconic American built car in a highly competitive environment. This is a race that really tests drivers, cars, & crew. I took a short break after the regular season ended, but I don’t like to be away from the drivers seat for too long and I am ready to go."
