The SNT Motorsports Pit Crew Challenge is an action oriented, hands on team-building experience where employees with no prior mechanical experience with cars learn how to function like finely tuned NASCAR pit crew. Through this unique and challenging exercise teams learn lessons they can apply to their daily business practices/routines. Likewise, employees get charged up and will return to the office with a fresh and positive perspective. Takeaways from the pit crew challenge include: How to maximize efficiency to improve overall team performance The best use of each team member’s individual strengths Key elements of working together to develop top performing teams The SNT Pit Crew Challenge participants perform actual NASCAR style pit stops. This consists of changing tires on an authentic stock car. Stock car(s), pit box, professional air guns, knee pads, gloves, eye protection and professional timing and sound systems are all provided in order to give you and your team the most realistic and best event available on the market today. The SNT Motorsports Pit Crew Challenge delivers the closest thing to being on a real race team. The pit crew challenge builds teamwork, camaraderie and excitement for your group.


Participants get one practice and three timed pit stops - changing tires on a real stock car in a relaxed, fun and free flow format. But once the clock starts ticking and when the competition begins, watch the teamwork evolve. The pit crew challenge is great for training/teambuilding or for simply adding additional excitement to your next company event and finally, as a reward for a job well done. Participants can be divided as follows: 2-4 Tire Carriers, 2-4 Tire Changers and a Crew Chief (optional). Tire Changers remove lugs with air guns. Tire Carriers pull and reposition the "new" tire, pushing it back onto the studs. When the new tire is in place the Tire Changer deploys their air gun tightening all lug nuts the clock stops with the last gun off the tires. The Crew Chief (optional) works with their team between pit stops and implements changes to improve the teams’ pit stop times. Obviously the fastest time wins! The SNT Motorsports Pit Crew Challenge can be set up at most venues, indoors or out. We can travel to your location or book a venue for your exclusive use.
